Get the flavors you want without the headache at Inmoxicated’s bottle shop
Though it is progressively improving, let’s be honest: There’s a pretty limited selection of alcohol-free drinks available to the general public in most brick-and-mortar stores. To make things worse, when you do find them, these products are usually located in the liquor section of a store, which can be triggering.
The truth is, there is actually an overwhelming amount of low- and no-alcohol alternatives out there, with more joining the market every day. However, in order to get them, you usually have to order an entire case online and hope that you like it when it finally arrives, which really is quite the gamble. We know. We’ve kissed quite a few frogs ourselves and have ended up with an entire cabinet of beverages we didn’t really like because we just didn’t have the heart to throw them out.
We don’t want you to endure the same fate! Our online bottle shop at Inmoxicated offers a wide selection of alcohol-free beverage alternatives for you to purchase. You can choose to have your order delivered or pick it up from our mobile sobar at an event near you!
Do you have someone special in your life who is sober? We have many exciting products that will make great gifts for the holidays, a birthday, sober anniversary or just because. Remaining sober in a culture that is obsessed with alcohol is something that should be celebrated! Don’t forget to get a little something for yourself because you deserve to be celebrated, too!

Why open a sober bar? A letter from our owner, Shannon
Hi there! My name is Shannon Goodman, and I am an alcohol-free human living in the drunkest state in the USA –Wisconsin. Making the decision to ditch alcohol can be difficult no matter where you call home, and living in a place where there is a bar on every corner and binge drinking is practically a sport makes it especially challenging. As someone who has been off and on the wagon for the past decade, I know those challenges quite well. Yes, it is possible to be sober and still go out to the bar with friends, but many sober people choose not to.
By offering an inclusive space that is free of alcohol to have fun and connect with other sober people, we hope to help normalize the decision to not drink alcohol. Regardless of your “why,” whether you are choosing to forgo a drink for a day or for forever, you will be welcomed and automatically have something in common with everyone else in the building.
Going against the grain is a little scary, but our excitement and passion for giving alcohol a break far outweighs the fear. Please let us know if we can answer any more questions for you or if there is a product that you would like for us to carry for you. Drop us a line or reach out through Facebook Messenger. Be sure to follow our Facebook and Instagram accounts for updates, events and product sneak peeks! We are so excited to serve you!
See you soon!
Shannon
Reasons why sober people choose not to go out to bars with friends
- Minimal choices – The alcohol-free selection can be pretty limited at most bars. One, maybe two brands of alcohol-free beer, soda, juice and water are usually what you get to choose from.
- That awkward feeling – There will inevitably be a time where everyone else does a shot while you sit there nursing a water feeling a little left out. Or you may be forced to decline a drink from a friendly stranger, making you feel like you owe them an explanation out of fear that they will think you are just being rude.
- Annoying situations – The assumption that you will always be everyone’s designated driver can suck. Then there is usually at least one “Oh, c’mon! You can just have one!” experience before the night is over. Ugh! And no matter how much you love your friends, listening to the same, slurred stories over and over when they are intoxicated can really start to grate on your nerves after a while.
- Triggers – If you have been going out to bars for years, your brain’s neuropathways have been conditioned to expect alcohol when you go out, which can cause cravings. The smell of alcohol can also be triggering for some people.
- Isolating – At times, it can seem that you are the only sober person on the planet. It can feel like people are making assumptions about who you are, are judging you for not drinking or assuming that you are judging them in some way because they are drinking.
